The project is located in the northern part of Sambalpur City, Odisha, India, with a multi – storey steel structure frame system.

The structure type of the workshop in this project is portal rigid frame, with a construction area of 50,000 square meters. It won the Zijin Cup of Jiangsu Province in 2011.

The single span of this trestle project reaches 80 meters, which is the largest span among similar trestles in China. It has a double-belt and double-layer grid truss structure.
